We ( Squire Hotels Ltd ) are responsible for your website transactions and your card details will be entered on a secured page and transferred using SSL. Any personal information collected by us will be processed in accordance with local law and not sold to any third parties.

Reservation Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions of your booking carefully, by making your reservation you are agreeing to be bound by the hotel terms and conditions below:

Payment
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit / debit card and payment is then due on arrival at the hotel in full unless an advanced purchase rate is reserved (see below). Please note that no pre-payments may be made within three days of arrival date.

Advance Purchase Rates
Advance purchase rates require full payment which is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable as such we advise insurance be taken at your discretion. Should the full payment be declined the reservation will automatically be cancelled. Advance purchase rates may only be reserved a minimum number of days (specific to each hotel) in advance of arrival date, subject to availability.

Rates
Please note that all rates displayed and quoted are subject to availability and current at the time of reservation only. All rates are dependent on the number of room occupants and are therefore only valid for the number of adults and children entered and displayed in confirmation email. Supplements apply for child occupancy in rooms.

Amendment/Cancellation & Non Arrival
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled as below:
Hydro Hotel Windermere – before 09:00 GMT 1 day before your date of arrival
Etrop Grange Hotel – before 14:00 GMT on the date of your arrival
Samlesbury Hotel – before 12:00 GMT on the date of your arrival

If a booking is cancelled later than the above then the first night will be charged. This policy does not apply to reservations made on advance purchase rates (see above) and other promotional rates.

In the event of a non-arrival the first night’s room rate will be chargeable to the credit/debit card provided to guarantee the booking, in the event of a non-arrival on an advance purchase rate then the full charge will be forfeited.

Special Requests
Squire Hotels makes every effort to accommodate special requests however on occasion it may not be possible to do so. Squire Hotels accepts no responsibility for accommodating special requests. We regret we cannot accept conditional reservation (i.e. a booking which is specified to be conditional on the fulfilment of a particular request).

Car Parking
Parking is provided strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed or prior reserved. A reservation at the Hotel does not entitle a guaranteed parking space. Parking is at your own risk and Squire Hotels cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claim to vehicles or item left in vehicles.

Guest Behaviour
All guests who stay at Squire Hotels are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of other guest/s. If in the opinion of the Hotel Management your behaviour is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to yourself or other guests or damage to property we reserve the right to terminate your hotel accommodation at any time. In the event of such termination the hotel’s liability to such person will discontinue and such person will be required to leave the hotel immediately and we shall have no further obligations to such persons. Squire Hotels reserves the right to refuse check in or ask for a refundable deposit at the hotel’s discretion.
